KCCA FC Midfielder Ivan Ntege believes he is going to use the league break to work hard and return to the first team.

Ntege who returned to training after recovering from injury, has been struggling for fitness.

"I have been making the bench which bothers me. I want to use this league break to show the manager that I'm fit and ready to play again,"Ntege stated.

In the last four games, KCCA coach Mike Mutebi has opted for Isaac Kirabira, Muzamir Mutyaba and Paul Mucureezi in the midfield and it has worked for him.

Nigerian Sulaimon Akinyemi and Hakim Ssenkumba are the other KCCA FC defensive midfielders that Ntege will compete against.

KCCA faces Proline in their next league game on December 3  away at Phillip Omondi  stadium.
