KCCA FC to name new executive

Julius Kabugo has been the acting the chairman of the club since May 2015

KCCA Football Club will announce a new executive before the end of this week according to the club's interim chairman Julius Kabugo.

"There will a five man committee to take the club forward. KCCA is a professional club that needs fulltime members to work on their needs, "stated Kabugo.

On the five man committee, they will be a fans leader, a club legend, two other members and a politician from KCCA who will be appointed by the Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago.

Since May last year, Kabugo has been the acting the chairman of the club.

During his reign, the club has managed to win the league title, FUFA Super Cup, was runner-up and third in the Uganda Cup and CECAFA Kagame Cup respectively in 2015.

During his time still, the club also managed to register an U17 team in the FUFA Junior League where they finished runners-up last season.
