Masaka district chairman in mass wedding

Seven couples including that of Masaka district chairman Jude Mbabaali wedded in a mass wedding at St Jude Thaddeus Naggulu on Friday.

The bishop of Masaka diocese, John Baptist Kaggwa, presided over the function assisted by the parish priest of Naggulu, Fr Godfrey Kyeyune and several priests most of them from Masaka.

Mbabaali made his marriage vows to his wife Kabejja amidst cheers from the crowd.

People from all walks of life including relatives and friends graced the occasion as witnesses to a moment when couples assumed a noble obligation under the holy sacrament of matrimony.
