Police Week activities come to West Nile

Police in West Nile region have embarked on a number of activities ahead of the commemoration of the 100 years of existence of the Police institution.

The celebrations are scheduled to take place on Monday in Kampala.

According to the officer in charge of Professional Standards Unit in West Nile, Evans Vuata Onigo, some of the activities that will precede the celebrations will include cleaning up of town centres, HIV testing, debates and community policing among others.
