Youth must be well organized and must have proposals to undertake
The youth in Soroti district have been urged to be organised in groups in order to benefit from government projects.
Bob Owiny, the deputy district speaker said some youth miss out on benefitting from government projects because they are not members of any group.
Owiny noted that some of the youth in the groups also end up misusing funds because they don't have set goals to achieve.
According to him, the youth must be well organized and must have proposals to undertake whenever government channels funds to them.
