Defender Kisige signs for BUL FC

Kisige joins other central defenders at the club like Phillip Ssempiira, Junior Mukisa and Derrick Walulya

With just a few days left before the new Azam Uganda Premier League season kicks off, BUL FC has signed former Sadolin Paints FC defender Paul Kisige.

The tough tackling central defender formally with Police FC signed a two year contract with the Kakindu based club following his two year loan spell with neighbours Sadolin Paints FC on Monday.

Despite failing to win a single game during the Eastern G4 tournament, the defender looked impressive during the few minutes he played when he came on for former Sadolin teammate Junior Mukisa in their 0-0 draw with JMC Hippos FC and in the 1-0 loss to Sadolin Paints FC two weeks ago.

''I have come here to improve on my football knowledge under head coach Frank Anyau . He told me that I will be given more playing time this season,'' said Kisige.

However, Kisige joins other central defenders at the club like Phillip Ssempiira, Junior Mukisa and Derrick Walulya.

With the club hoping to sign former midfielder Joshua Masene and a host of other players, coach Frank Anyau feels that his squad needs more balance going forward.

Anyau feels that the club needs six new changes before the season kicks off.
