National motocross team captain Maxime Van Pee will leave no stone unturned in his bid to lead his team to victory in the FIM Africa Nations motocross championship next month in Kenya.

The aggressive team captain together with Fatuh Kiggundu have decided to spend this weekend in Kenya training on the upgraded and redesigned Jamhuri track that will host African championship from August 19-21 in Nairobi.

"We have our team captain (Maxime)  in Nairobi this weekend together with Fatuh Kiggundu to have a feel of the redesigned track," former team captain Arthur Blick Jr said.

"The purpose of their travel, is to study the redesigned Jamhuri track and then pass over the information to our riders when they return."

Blick added that they are plotting to win back the African title they last won in 2012 when Uganda hosted the championship at Busiika.
