URA's Kefa Kisaala blamed heavy rains that affected his play as his side lost 1-0 to BUL FC in Kakindu stadium on Tuesday.

But second half had both teams struggle to play to their rhythm after heavy rains poured at Kakindu stadium.

"We got three points to settle for and that is so important today," said BUL FC's Alex Isabirye, who was in charge of the side for the first time after his one month medical leave .

"We played evenly against a very improved BUL FC side in first half but  we struggled to create scoring chances in second half during and after the heavy down pour . This really affected our play,'' said Kefa Kifaala of URA FC .

This was a deserved win after hard work for the home side who had never recorded a win over the tax collectors during their 6 year stint in top flight football.
