JOHANNESBURG - Five CAF Confederation Cup facts ahead of round of 16, which starts Friday:

-- Surprise 2010 winners FUS Rabat of Morocco are the only previous title-holders among the 16 clubs seeking play-off places.

-- The most experienced contenders, FUS, ENPPI of Egypt and Al Ahly Shendy of Sudan, are making fifth appearances.

-- Kawkab Marrakech of Morocco, Misr Elmaqasah of Egypt, Sagrada Esperanca of Angola, Stade Gabesien of Tunisia, V Club Mokanda of Congo Brazzaville and Villa of Uganda are debutants.

-- Elmaqasah are the leading scorers with nine goals from home and away matches against Defence of Ethiopia and Don Bosco of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

-- Marrakech have the weakest defence, conceding five goals in overall victories against USFA of Burkina Faso and Barrack Young Controllers II of Liberia.
