TAKE NOTICE that the land comprised in and known as Freehold Register Volume 45 Folio 2 and Freehold Register Volume 2 Folio 23 Blocks 372 and 366 both at Nakigalala and Kansiri Ssisa, Wakiso District is the Property of our Client the MADHVANI GROUP LIMITED -TEA DIVISION for which it holds a Certificate of Title

In addition the ownership of the said Land by Our Client has been re-affirmed by the
High Court of Uganda at Kampala in various Suites namely (See image below for more)
