President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has revealed that government is considering procuring a thumb reading machines to minimise rigging during elections.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has revealed that government is considering procuring a thumb reading machines to minimise rigging during elections.
Museveni says laws are in place to ensure free and fair elections but what is missing are measures to stop multiple voting.
He said the thumb print is already captured in the National Identification cards which shall make it easy to identify those who intend to cheat in elections.
