Four bulls at stake in Eid al-Adha soccer festival

Four of the six teams that will take part in the Eid al-Adha Cup on Thursday will receive a bull each.
Nateete Muslim Primary School, Old Kampala Muslim Primary School, Lweza and Express will feature in the soccer festival organised by Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) to mark Eid day at Nakivubo stadium.
“It’s our custom that we have a tournament as part of the Eid celebrations. We also want to highlight the talent among the children and also the old people,” the UMSC sports and games committee chairman Ismail Musoke said.
Musoke added that through the event unity among the Muslims will also be promoted.
Three games will be played on that day among which will be Nateete Muslim primary battling Kawempe Muslim primary school while Old Kampala sheikhs will take on Nakasero mosque sheikhs. Express will meet Lweza in the main game of the day.
The winner between Lweza and Express will walk away with a trophy.
