The Constitutional Court has set a date on which it will deliver its ruling on whether it will temporarily release Tabliq leader Amir Ummah Muhammad Yunus Kamoga and eight others.
Kamoga and the eight co-accused petitioned the constitutional court seeking temporary release from prison pending their trial.

Others petitioners are: Sheikhs Murta Mudde, Twaha Sekayanja, Yusuf Kakande, Siraje Kawooya, Abdul Hamid Mubiru, Rashid Jingo, Sulaiman Kayanja and Fahad Kalungi.
