COACH George Nsimbe appears ready to end his coaching career unless he gets a job with any of the Azam Uganda Premier League top five teams.

Nsimbe said that he can only take up a role either at URA, Vipers SC, SC Villa, KCCA or Express.

Nsimbe, who won league trophies at KCCA in 2013 and 2014 and Uganda Cup with the defunct Victors, has returned to the country from big spending Tanzanian side Azam FC.

His two-year contract at Azam was terminated after coach Stewart Hall returned for a third stint at the club. Nsimbe, who had spent a year at Azam, was compensated after Hall insisted that he could only take up the job with his own technical staff.

“Azam had to terminate my contract and pay me sh27m as per our agreement terms,” Nsimbe said.

“I would love to take up coaching locally here but at a top club.”

Nsimbe rejected an offer of a contract extension at the Lugogo-based KCCA where he earned about sh3m last year.

He joined Azam for sh9m every month. He signed a two-year deal with the club.

Brian Majwega, who joined Nsimbe is also back at KCCA.
