Uganda has ingredients for development - Museveni

President Yoweri Museveni has told a business forum in London that Uganda has attained all the requirements to become a top business destination. 

Speaking at the Lancaster House in London to the UK-Uganda business forum President Museveni said the government had invested in its workforce, infrastructure, security and had discovered more minerals. 

Adding that all Uganda needed was the expertise from the west to add value to what Uganda already had. 

He also noted that investment in Uganda benefits close to 120 million people in the region and will be a springboard to deliver Uganda to middle income status.
