1. The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Public Investment Management in Uganda, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
2. The consulting services (“the Services”) include review, strengthening and operationalization of Public Investment Management Framework. The assignment includes the following sub-objectives:
a) Developing a Public Investment Guidelines and procedures to guide Government in its investment program;
