The top four contenders of the 2014 UCA T20 National League will put their title credentials to the test as they seek expected victories against lowly opposition on Sunday.

Defending champions Wanderers, Tornado B, Tornado and Charity will find out if they have the crucial characteristic of all strong teams — winning games they are expected to win.

The Wanderers take on Jinja SS and JACC, Tornado B face Patidar and Africa, Tornado battle Warriors while Charity face Patidar, all games tilted in the favour of the Division 1 giants.

All their opponents today are Division 2 teams apart from Jinja SS, who are also newly promoted to the top flight.

Tornado and Charity won their tournament-opening matches last week and the Wanderers and Tornado B should continue the big boys’ winning streak.

Still, an upset is always on the cards in a T20 contest and to that extent nothing is guaranteed. Nile are the other Division 1 outfit in action, and they also face a Division 2 opponent in KICC, at Budo.

Nile pulled off a two-run win over the Challengers last week while KICC were the biggest winners on Day 1, hammering the Warriors by 156 runs
