The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Health [Uganda Blood Transfusion Service] has allocated funds within its annual budget for the FY2013-14 to be used for the construction of modern stores at UBTS Premises, Procurement of Field Vehicles, and provision of assorted supplies and services under framework arrangements to enhance the execution of UBTS mandate of mobilization, collection and issuance of safe and secure blood to all health facilities in the country.
