Mufti wishes Ugandans peaceful Eid Adha

The Mufti, Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje has wished all Muslims peaceful and happy Eid Adhuha celebrations.

During celebrations,  he urged muslims  to refrain from evils like: child sacrifice, drug abuse and all forms of terrorist activities saying that they are anti-Islam.

He  expressed discontent with the Ministry of Education and Sports persistently organizing the ongoing senior Four  exams on Idd day.

He urged Muslims to emulate Ibrahim by shedding the blood of animals instead of shedding the blood of fellow human beings.

He condemned the killings and persecution of Rohinja Muslims in Burma, the killings in Syria, Egypt, Iran, Pakistan, Palestine, Iraq and many other parts of the world.

In his Eid Adhuha message he congratulated Hajjis and Hajjats who performed the holy Hajj in Mecca.
