Mozambican President, 200 others receive medals

Over 200 people have been decorated with national medals during the 51st independence celebrations in Rukungiri on Wednesday.

Mozambican President Armando Guebuza was awarded the highest medal given to Heads-Of-State in Uganda by President Museveni.

President Armando said giving him medal was testimony of great relationship between Uganda nad his country.

He said Uganda has the potential to become a first world country in a period of 50 years.
