Can I stay in a relationship without trust?

I have been in a relationship for six years. We are in our 20s. He takes care of my family and I. He works upcountry, so I see him during the weekends.

I have been in a relationship for six years. We are in our 20s. He takes care of my family and I. He works upcountry, so I see him during the weekends.
 
Although he pays rent for my apartment, he spends the nights at his parents’ home when he is in town. 
 
I was suspicious of this behaviour; I investigated and found out that he had a child with another woman. Furthermore, I later caught him with love messages and nude pictures from five girls. 
 
I confronted him and he confessed that he had only had flings with the girls. I have talked to the girls and each was shocked that they were not the only one in his life. 
 
Recently, he swore that he has abandoned these girls.
 
Although i no longer trust my boyfriend, I love him. Can i stay in a relationship without trust?
