Aligawesa is new secretary of Africa Zone IV

National Council of Sports general secretary Jasper Aligawesa has been appointed as interim secretary of the Africa Zone IV body.

National Council of Sports general secretary Jasper Aligawesa has been appointed as interim secretary of the Africa Zone IV body.
The body has been created by the Addis Ababa-based African Union to boost sports development on the continent.
The AU also came up with zones that will hold activities in various parts of the continent.
Aligawesa’s body will draw a master plan that will be presented to the continent’s sports ministers.
