The Inter – University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) has allocated funds to be used for the construction of its headquarters buildings at plot No. M833 Kyambogo, Kigobe Road-Kampala.
1. The Inter – University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) has allocated funds to be used for the construction of its headquarters buildings at plot No. M833 Kyambogo, Kigobe Road-Kampala.
2. The IUCEA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of its Headquarters building at Plot No.M833, Kyambogo, Kampala-Uganda. The construction will be undertaken in phases, with Phase 1 for which this notice is issued comprises of the following:-
(a) Construction of an Office Block of approximately 771m2 total gross floor area comprising 2No storeys. The
building will have reinforced concrete frame, solid concrete block walls, sand coated galvanized steel roofing tiles on mild steel roof structure, aluminum windows, curtain walling, flush doors, porcelain floor and wall tiles, furnishings, proprietory suspended ceiling and all associated electrical and mechanical installations
