BMK petitions Parliament over KCCA plan approval

The proprietor of BMK group of companies, Dr.Bulaimu Muwanga Kibirige has petitioned Parliament over KCCA's refusal to approve his plans to develop a piece of Land he acquired from Buganda Road Primary School.

The proprietor of BMK group of companies, Dr.Bulaimu Muwanga Kibirige has petitioned Parliament over KCCA's refusal to approve his plans to develop a piece of Land he acquired from Buganda Road Primary School.

BMK had appeared before the select committee probing the illegal acquisition of land formerly belonging to public schools in Kampala district and Nakivubo Stadium to explain how he acquired the land.

He submitted certified copies of ownership and plans pending KCCA approval.

He asked parliament to force the authority to expedite the approval of his plans.
