How to dress your body shape?

Jul 10, 2013

I do not know of any woman who likes everything about them 100%. There is something that never seems to be right. But that is no reason to cut off the parts we do not like about ourselves, rather work on enhancing those we like.

I  do not have big hips as I would like to and artificial hips do not appeal to me; I imagine they produce a lot of heat around the neither region! Is there a way I can create that a hour glass illusion but still remain true to my body shape?

I do not know of any woman who likes everything about them 100%. There is something that never seems to be right. But that is no reason to cut off the parts we do not like about ourselves, rather work on enhancing those we like. Kaitetsi, you may find some solace in peplum tops, the way they spread out after cinching in the waist.

Peplum is an excellent selection of waist-cinching, hip-enhancing, body con outfit (design). It is a bias-cut, curved bell-bottom for a top, dress or jacket. And thanks to Victoria Beckham, Kim Kardashian, the design is everywhere now. It creates an illusion of shape and curve that worrying about narrow hips may be out of your mind.

Get peplums in various shades. Whereas, there are tons of cute peplums in solid colors, printed peplums can be even more fun because they mix two fun trends together. You can pair a multicoloured peplum with bright coloured bottoms. Stick to a pair of skinny jeans and stay away from pairing the top with flares or wide leg jeans.

A peplum is the perfect piece of clothing to wear in a professional setting, because it is equally professional and stylish. Resist teaming your peplum tops with leggings.

Look for a peplum with a high neckline and pair it with a black pencil skirt. Since peplum tops already have an A-line shape, stay away from pairing one with a full skirt. You can add a little flair to this look by pairing it with a contrasting geometric statement necklace.

As long as your tummy is in shape, do not be afraid of a peplum it is designed for the curvy woman. Peplums are here to celebrate femininity, accentuating womanly shape of an hourglass. They are also very flattering to any body type if worn right and enhance curves that already exist.
