Thugs stab Maggie Kigozi

Former Uganda Investment Authority executive director, Dr. Maggie Kigozi, is admitted after thugs broke into her house and stabbed her.

Sources indicate that thugs broke into her bed room through the ceiling after removing roof tiles.

“She is undergoing treatment at Nakasero Hospital for injuries she sustained on her hands and knees,” Fred Enanga, the police spokesperson, has disclosed.

According to police, the suspected thugs attacked Kigozi, around 4:00am Wednesday morning at her home in Kakeka Zone in Lubaga division, a Kampala suburb.

Police have cordoned off the home as investigations are underway.
