The Ecosystem Based Adaptation (EBA) Programme for Mountain Ecosystems aims to strengthen the capacities of Uganda, to build ecosystem resilience for promoting ecosystembased adaptation (EBA) options and to reduce the vulnerability of communities, with particular emphasis on mountain ecosystems.
