Radio and Weasel set for drama

The Goodlyfe duet is to feature in a drama, Music and Me as the main characters.

Music and Me is a drama with a blend of African contemporary and classical music. The drama is a concept derived from what happens in Ugandan music videos.

The story line has intrigue and corruption among the characters who are judging a music talent show.

The drama tells a journey of aspiring singers who enter a popular reality television singing competition with a grand prize of $150, 000 (sh400m) and a recording contract at stake.

The story commences at the quarter finals with the top four actors left in the show when a wild card entry is introduced, it shakes things up in unexpected ways. The audience will discover just how far one is willing to go for fame and money.

The inclusion of Radio and Weasel is to introduce to viewers people they can easily relate with. The drama premiers at Theatre Labonita today.
