SMACK coach Paul Sekate has congratulated Hana on the 20-6 victory but urged the rugby governing body (URU) to streamline the rules governing the schools' competitions.
Sekate told New Vision after the 20-6 defeat to Hana on saturday at Kyadondo Rugby Club that despite them investing in the actual age group and developing their talents other schools assemble over age players.

"Yes we lost and I congratulate them (Hana) but something must done to streamline this age group in schools rugby," Sekate stated.
"It hurts to see you bring a genuine team and others don't," a disappointed Sekate added.
A fifty sixth minute penalty by Gideon Mutyaba gave defending champions Kololo Secondary School 16-13 victory over Namilyango College to book a final clash against Hana Mixed School next weekend.
The win books a repeat of last year's final that saw Kololo dethron Hana who will be looking to avenge that loss.
