Maj. Gen. Jim Muhwezi has bounced back in cabinet as Minister of Information and National Guidance.
Muhwezi, who holds the post of chairman of the NRM Veterans’ League, was last a cabinet minister in 2006.
Muhwezi, and his junior minister then, Mike Mukula, were mired in the the mismanagement of Sh280b Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (Gavi) project.
The Anti-Corruption court however dropped the charges which the two former health ministers saying that there was no evidence linking them to the theft. Be part of the conversation below
