USF sets maiden swimming gala

The Uganda Swimming Federation (USF) is holding a swimming event, a first of its kind in Uganda today.

Dubbed The Uganda Masters Swimming Gala, the event is due to take place at the International School of Uganda, Lubowa, off Entebbe Road.

According to Ganzi Mugula, who is a member of the federation, the competition that is targeting swimmers aged 25 years and above is set to start at 9.00am local time.

Age ranges will be in format 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, and so on.

The entry fee for each event is sh5000.
