I am loved by my dad, mum, uncles, aunts and siblings. I have thrived because of their love. Their love is legitimate.

I think Christ’s love that involves laying down one’s life for another is very noble.

WHY ARE YOU SINGLE?

I do not have the time and emotional capital needed to maintain a relationship at this time in my life.

This country is full of attractive women, you are right about that. Unfortunately, that’s not enough bait to get me entangled in a relationship.

She’s has got to be hot, intelligent and ambitious.

Why not? But I can only boil water, cook rice and my staple food, tapioca (cassava flour).

Impatience, intolerance, and materialism. We are increasingly a quick fix people.

TO WHAT EXTENT HAS SOCIAL MEDIA AIDED OR RUINED RELATIONSHIPS?

Social media is what you make it. Whatsapp can, for example, be a great communication tool for stable relationships. But Whatsapp can be a disaster for people in a relationship but still scouting for better partners.

IS IT OKAY TO PROPOSE OR BREAK UP ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR BY TEXT?

I wouldn’t do it but I can bet my favorite jacket that in five years, social media and text proposals will be normal and frequent.

HOW CAN ONE DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR THEIR LOVED ONE ON FACEBOOK OR TWITTER?

Be a good social media citizen, so you are not embarrassing anyone. The same creative things offline can work online, especially in relationships. Send flowers, cards and messages and give your partner time on social media.
