National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC) has received funds from the Ministry of Education and Sports to be used for the procurement of a Financial Management Information System Software, Server Equipment and Local Area Network.

 1. National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC) has received funds from the Ministry of Education and Sports to be used for the procurement of a Financial Management Information System Software, Server Equipment and Local Area Network.

NCDC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for a Financial Management Information System, Server Equipment and Local Area Network.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit, NCDC and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 7(a) from 8:30am-5:00pm, except during public holidays and weekends.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit, address below in No. 7(a) and upon payment of a nonrefundable cash fee of Ug.Shs. 200,000/= (Two hundred thousand shillings only) to the NCDC Cashier in Block A, Room 28, Ground Floor, and issuance of an NCDC receipt.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 7(c) at or before 10:00am on 26th March, 2013. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address below in No. 7(d) at 10:20am on 26th March, 2013.
