Uganda Health Marketing Group has mobilized funds towards the construction of a 600sqm Ware house building within its complex on Plots 20-21&27-28 Martyrs Cresent Ntinda.

1. Uganda Health Marketing Group invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the above mentioned construction works. 

2. The scope of work will comprise mainly of:

(a) Concrete flooring, a steel concrete frame structure, Block work in -fill walling and metal sheeting roof on steel frame e.t.c as will be detailed in Bill of Quantities.

(b) Mechanical and Electrical installations as will be detailed in the bills of quantities.

(c) External works and other relevant information as will be detailed in drawings.

3. Interested eligible bidders may collect the bidding documents at the address given below 8(a) on or after 21/12/12 from 9:00am to 5:00 pm - local time over the collection period.

4. The document in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below at 8(a) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of UGX-150,000 to be deposited on UGANDA

HEALTH MARKETING GROUP LTD. A/C.no 0108213765501 , Standard Chartered Bank ,Speke Road Branch, against which a deposit slip as an acknowledgement note, to be attached to the returned bid, will be issued 

5. All companies that wish to participate in the process are required to provide the following documents at the time of returning the bid:

• Company profile

• Brief record for similar completed works including references

• Legal documents including Incorporation and valid Tax certificates (E-tax format of Tax registration)

• Confirmation of financial capacity of the company (3-years Audited Statement of Account)

• Any other relevant supporting documents to enhance the Bid

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or by 8(b) before 09/Jan/2013, 11:00 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Uganda Shillings Five million (5,000,000/=) as well as all the requisite information asked of the bidders in the document.
