The trial of Kampala Central MP,

Godfrey Musobya the assaulted officer, surprised court when he confessed that he could not even remember the registration number of Nsereko’s vehicle though he managed to record it in his Police statement.

Musobya maintained that Nsereko was the person who assaulted him. However in a video, he said he was boxed by some unknown man who made off after the incident.

Musobya added that Nsereko gave him water to clean his mouth which was bleeding after the incident, which also surprised the fully packed court.
