Sex workers fight over client

TWO sex workers nearly ripped themselves apart over a client on Ghokhale Road in Jinja.

Kyokunzire and Nakayima were chatting as they waited for clients when Akankwasa, who is popularly known in the area for buying sex workers, approached them.

Both women tried to cajole Akankwasa, but Nakayima moved faster and held his hand, a move that angered Kyokunzire.

Kyokunzire picked a stick and hit Nakayima, saying: ‘This is my man. I was with him last night. Get another man.’’

‘No, way! I was with him last week. Why are you jealous,’’ Nakayima fired back. Akankwasa took off from the scene, leaving the two women fighting.

Later, residents separated the women. Both women sustained injuries in the scuffle.
