While you plan for your special day, you also get to savour some of the top notch entertainers in the industry, with great musical performances from Chris Evans, Sophie Nantongo, Haruna Mubiru and Maureen Nantume over the three days.
Ensure you attend the free senga sessions where reputable marital counsellors will discuss different topics about intimacy and other marriage essentials.

It is only a week away. Uganda’s annual premier wedding planning experience will be happening at the UMA New Exhibition Hall, Lugogo starting at 9:00am daily. \

On Wednesday morning, the exhibitors, who include wedding planners, event managers, bridal boutiques, fashion designers, beauty salons and stores, car rentals, decorators, caterers and hotels gathered at the UMA exhibition hall for their briefing ahead of the event. Other exhibitors included confectioneries, honeymoon destinations and airlines, jewellery stores, stationery suppliers, photography and videography also attended the briefing.

The stalls have been bought, the fashion designers are ready and amazing giveaways are there for the taking. The prizes to be won include four business tickets from Emirates, a sofa set from Inspiring Interiors, a hoover and microwave from Samsung, among others.

The Vision Group aims to make the expo better each year and this year’s expo will be highlighted by performances from some of the best musicians in Uganda, with Haruna Mubiru, Chris Evans, Sophie Nantongo and Maureen Nantume expected to make an appearance over the three days.

At the exhibitors’ briefing on Wednesday, Keturah Kamugasa, Editor of Vision Group’s Flair Magazine, noted that the expo is an incredible opportunity for all involved.

“The essence of the expo is to give visibility to you as service providers and also for our public, especially those getting married to plan their wedding in a day. You should all make the most of it,” says Kamugasa. At only sh5,000 you really cannot afford to miss out. You will be able to access the venue from 9:00am to 7:00pm daily.
