Katumwa joins real estate

NEVER put all your eggs in one basket, goes a common adage. Tycoon David Katumwa, of Katumwa Sports Centre, seems to be a strong believer in this saying, going by his latest developments.

Not only has he moved into other sectors over the years, including hardware, he has also expanded his cash-grabbing nets into the real estate business.

We have exclusive info that Katumwa has acquired a massive 160 hectares of land in Mpigi district. We hear plans are underway to divide it and sell it off gradually.

The land is favourable for both residential and commercial structures. And in hard economic times like this, I guess this is a smart way to grow one’s income.
