ADVERTISEMENT FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS OF GOODS & SERVICES FOR THE FY ENDING DECEMBER 2013 PROC Ref: AIDS ALLIANCE/PRQ/2012

The International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Uganda is a non-profi t organisation mandated to support community action to prevent HIV infection, meet the challenges of AIDS and build healthier communities. The Alliance is advertising for solicitation of competent firms/providers to be prequalifi ed to provide goods and services for the fi nancial year ending December 2013.

We therefore invite suitably qualifi ed firms/providers to submit in sealed applications for supply of goods and services as listed below:

Prequalification submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the International HIV/AIDS Alliance procurement rules and to be eligible for prequalification, a bidder must be an organisation/firm, legally registered and recognised in the laws of Uganda. All interested eligible fi rms are invited to submit pre-qualifi cation applications which can be obtained at no cost during working hours at the address given below:

Prequalification submissions must be delivered physically on or before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the address given below. The submissions will be opened on the same date at 2:30 p.m. in the meeting room in the presence of those who choose to attend. Late submissions will not be accepted.
