1. Pre-qualification will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry and inspect the document at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on working days.
3. The Pre-qualification document in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 30,000/-. The method of payment will be cash deposited onto the URA Account using Bank Payment Advice Forms which should be collected from the MoICT Cash Office. The document may there after that be collected from the address below, upon presentation of the receipt. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 03 May 11.00 am Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened on Thursday 03 May 2012 at 11.30.am in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the Ministry Boardroom on 4th floor at Social Security House.
5. MoICT is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder.
