SUPPLY OF: LOT 1: ONE (1) DOUBLE CABIN PICK-UP TO ACADEMIC REGISTRAR & LOT 2: TWO (2) DOUBLE CABIN PICK-UPS TO DEAN, ARAPAI CAMPUS & UNIVERSITY LIBRARIAN

1. The Busitema University represented by Government of Uganda has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of three units of motor vehicles.
2. The Busitema University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of motor vehicles.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and are open to all eligible source countries.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement & Disposal Unit Busitema University and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 7(a) from 8:00a.m-5:00pm
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below in No. 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/-(One hundred thousand shillings only). The method of payment will be by cash payment at any Stanbic Bank A/c No.0140040732301. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address given below in No.7(c) at or before 2:00p.m on Tuesday 24th April, 2012. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 2,500,000/= (Two million five hundred thousand shillings only).] Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given below in No.7(d) at 2:15p.m on Tuesday 24th April, 2012
