According to the Catholic information service Nsambya, Archbishop Joseph Cabana who had recently retired would attend the consecration of Bishop Adrian Ddungu.

Msgr Adrian Ddungu was expected be consecrated as a Bishop on the 18th Feb 1962, and Archbishop Cabane would be among those who would officiate the ceremony.
