KITGUM - State minister for international corporation Henry Okello Oryem has advised the electorate to scrutinise all leaders ahead of the 2011 general elections. “Not to regret again for the next five years like you are doing, you should choose leaders who would work well with those above them,” he said. Okello made the remarks to the beneficiaries of a Belgium government university scholarship at the district council hall on Saturday.

500 get life skills training

GULU - Over 500 youth on Friday graduated in vocational skills training at the Youth Education Park Centre in Bardege division in Gulu municipality. The education programme is being implemented by Norwegian Refugee Council, an international NGO, to give life skills to youth who had no opportunity to get formal education.
