EDITOR—In Nansana there is a place called ‘Kibloka’. It is very dangerous for someone to pass here after 10.00pm. The place is home to drug dealers and addicts and the so-called katayimbwa (iron bar hit men).

There are many idlers there who spend all day playing cards. During the Kampala riots in September last year, the army was heavily deployed in this place otherwise we would have seen worse chaos. Something should be done to keep this place safe.
