What next after CHOGM corruption scandals?

It is now some time since the committee, headed by MP Nandala Mafabi, launched investigations into the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) expenses and I appreciate the work they have done.

The committee has proved there was a lot of mismanagement of public funds and many Government officials have been implicated in these scandals.

The Auditor General’s report of June 30, 2008 revealed that a lot of public money was lost during the preparations for CHOGM. The report showed how unserious Government officials are when spending public money.
I am wondering: After all these reports and exposure of the people behind the scandals, what next?

I am sure the public is waiting with lots of expectations to see if the Government has the will to recover the money lost and punish the culprits in a bid to fight corruption.
