CHICKEN mushroom soup is great when served as a starter. Chef Pentagon of Shar Darbar Restaurant takes us through the procedure of preparing it.

Ingredients (1 serving)
Chicken cubes chopped 500gm
Mushroom chopped 100gm
White pepper 1 teaspoon
Garlic chopped 100gm
Aromat (optional) 50gm
Salt 20gm
Wheatflour 3 teaspoons
Spring onion 1 piece
Water 200ml
Vegetable oil 2tablespoons

Method
lHeat the pan
Add oil, garlic and fry to golden brown
Add wheat flour, water and stir.
Add chicken cubes, mushroom, salt to taste and stir.
Add Chinese salt, Aromat, spring onion and stir.
Let soup simmer for 7 minutes to cook.
Serve with naan
