UGANDA will need victory over Namibia to qualify for the ICC Inter continental shield finals due in United Arab Emirates in November.
This development comes after Namibia’s thrashed Bermuda by an inning and 185 runs in a match that ended Sunday. National coach Ebrahim Mohammed watched the game in Windhoek which saw Namibia move to second in the four-nation tournament.
Uganda leads the event and will be seeking revenge against Namibia who denied them a chance to directly advance to the Division Two league years. Namibia, who lost to United Arab Emirates in their first game, recovered to take maximum points against lowly Bermuda.
