I like my men well groomed and clean. I cannot settle for a man who grows his hair or nails out of proportion. He has to be in shape right from the hair to the beard and entire body. I think it is good for him to have his hair and beard trimmed, his nails done and treated to a facial once in a while. I see good in that.

I would not. The sound of it makes me feel like I was dating another woman. My biggest worry is that such a guy is bound to ignore me and spend most of the time caring for himself. He may be into treating his hair and getting his nails polished, which may not be necessary.
Dating a metrosexual man would no doubt make me feel like I was a lesbian. There would be no difference between me and him. Such a guy always has his eye out for pretty and bright coloured outfits, which are similar to women’s clothes. It would be so disturbing.
