THE City Beat Magazine continues its tradition of partying with its readers today at Silk Royale. But today’s party is a unique event since it will attract various prominent radio presenters.

The presenters, mainly drawn from Sanyu FM, Radio One, KFM, Capital FM, Hot 100 and Vision Voice will meet and party with their luckily selected fans at the Industrial Area-based nightclub.
It is probably the first time celebrity radio presenters will come under one roof for a party specially thrown for them.

This will gives listeners an opportunity to see the faces behind the voices.
Radio presenters are the celebrities whose faces remain anonymous to the fans who adore them.

Old timers like Alex Ndawula (Capital FM), Fat Boy (Sanyu FM), Crystal (Sanyu FM), Roger Mugisha (KFM), Irene Ochwo (Radio One) will exchange notes, drinks and dance with newer kids-on-the-block like DMS (Hot 100), Flavia (Capital FM) and K.K (Vision Voice). Over 20 presenters will attend the party.

To put the icing on the cake will be groovy performances from the all-girl group, the Chilli Gals. The presenters will have a better chance of feeding their eyes more than their ears like it often happens in their trade.

City Beat readers will have a chance to get autographs and have picture moments with their favourite presenters. There will be various goodies from Club Beer and the magazine.

City Beat magazine rewards its lucky readers with an exclusive party with a favourite artist every month. The party will be supported by Club Beer.

For the presenters, also wrongly called DJs sometimes, it is their time to do what they often tell their listen; have a blast!
