IPC criticised
KASESE - The Uganda Federal Alliance national outreach coordinator, Dr. Waiswa Kibumba, has criticised the Inter-party Coalition (IPC). “The IPC has identified President Yoweri Museveni as the biggest problem of Uganda. This is a misguided action. Museveni is not a problem at all and he has no problem. It is the system of governance that is the problem,” he said. Kibumba was speaking on Wednesday at the Catholic Church Diocese Social Services Hall in Kasese town.
